Established at the start of February 2005, UPPER Levels Designs was created to supply budget starter business website's for small / medium business in the Shropshire, West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Now 1 year on from creation, we now offers many different services to our ever growing customer base from website design, hosting and domain name registration through to full colour digital printing onto vinyl, banners and exhibition stands. Whilst also offering the new and established business with at full business stationary printing service.
